| Twenty senior ranking Officers of the Dorset Police Force attended a programme designed to draw comparisons between themselves as a force and Team Rizla Suzuki, a commercial enterprise. Leadership values and emphasis on how to achieve sustainable team work was firstly demonstrated with a face to face meeting with Rizla Suzuki's team Manager within the exciting team garage environment and then reinforced by undertaking a day's activities and facilitation in the New Forest, where the attendees were able to experience the virtues of applying both dynamic leadership and team work. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
