What is the process?
It is perfectly acceptable for KLC to work alongside suppliers that have been sourced by your company. However, should it be required, KLC is also happy to identify suppliers for your consideration.
Where KLC differs from an event organisation is that although contracts and invoices are checked for accuracy, as part of the KLC service, your company will sign all contracts and undertake all payments direct with suppliers, thus providing confidence that true costs have been charged and that no hidden or unexpected costs will rise to the surface after the event.
