Tricon Restaurants always wished to 'push the envelope'- an objective that Karen relished. Having contemplated just how to make this event different, Karen's leadership skills were truly tested for this logistically challenging occasion.
However, with the support of her UK based event team and overseas support personnel, the results were fantastic. A true testimony to great team work.

Three hundred Franchisees from all over Europe attended a two day conference in Cannes. Meanwhile, fifty VIPs arrived in Monte Carlo to attend a glittering Award Ceremony held in Cannes. The three day event was hosted by Senior Tricon Directors and facilitated by numerous interpreters. In addition to a highly produced and motivational Conference, three different excursions were organised each day plus a VIP activity consisting of: Harley Davidson rides and vintage Citroen transfers, power boat racing from Cannes to Monte Carlo along with sampling the best that France could offer by means of fabulous wine and glorious food - the event was topped off with a memorable trip to the famous Monte Carlo Casino.
